Barquitas of cucumber with smoked salmon



Ingredients:


- small Cucumbers


- 1 package of smoked salmon


1 tarrina of cheese philadelphia


- 1/2 chive


Preparation:


To wash the cucumbers, to divide(depart) them for the half, to empty them and despúes to peel them carefully to prevent them from breaking. In a bowl, to put the very bad flesh of the cucumbers, the grated chive, the bad salmon and a few spoonfuls of cheese. To do a mass and to refill the cucumbers. To support in the icebox until the hour of eating them.
